With James St. Pierre hitting seven three-pointers, the Ridgefield High boys basketball team romped to a 75-35 victory over winless St. Joseph on Tuesday night in Trumbull.

The Tigers improved to 12-3 overall while St. Joseph dropped to 0-14.

Ridgefield led 18-10 through one quarter and 39-20 at halftime. The Tigers then outscored St. Joseph, 28-4, in the third period to go ahead 67-24.

St. Pierre finished with 21 points, doing all of his scoring on three-pointers.

Brenden McNamara added 18 points for Ridgefield, which also received eight points from Cameron Andry and seven points from Alex Price.

Chris Knachel contributed six points, while Jackson Mitchell and Matthew DeLuca had four points apiece.

Ryan Malley (three points), Weston Carpenter (two points) and Ryan Garson (two points) also scored for the Tigers.
