Katherine Keaveny Dubreuil of Glastonbury, who grew up in Ridgefield, died recently of natural causes. She was 49 years old.

Ms. Dubreuil was a 1981 graduate of Ridgefield High School and a 1983 graduate of Dean College.

“Known as ‘Aunt Fluff’ to many of her nieces and nephews, Katherine always had a ready smile and an infectious laugh,” her family said. “She made lasting friendships with people who enjoyed her quick wit, her intelligence and her vivacious nature.”

She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Dubreuil of Vernon, her sisters, Elizabeth (Bob) Keaveny of Marlborough, Kendall (Jim) Keaveny of East Hampton, Sharon Young (Erik) of Marlborough, and her brother Bart (Kathy) Keaveny of Ridgefield, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be held privately by the family.
