Chefs Bernard and Sarah Bouissou of Bernard\u2019s and Sarah\u2019s Wine Bar plan a luncheon and demonstration on Tuesday, May 22, from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the RVNA, 27 Governor Street, to benefit PEO Sisterhood, a philanthropic educational organization that raises funds to support high school girls, single mothers and women pursuing advanced degrees, or studying from other countries for their education. Chapter G of Ridgefield is sponsoring the event. The cost is $45 per person. The chefs will be demonstrating spice-rubbed pork tenderloin with pineapple chutney, farro salad, marinated grilled vegetables, and chocolate pots de cr\u00e8me.
