Shannon Rose Phillips, daughter of Janet and Gerard Phillips of Milford, Conn., was married to Ian McLean Kukulka, son of Elizabeth Hanson and John Kukulka of Ridgefield, on Sept. 30. Father Francois Eale performed the double-ring ceremony at the chapel of the Academy of Our Lady of Mercy, Lauralton Hall, in Milford.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white dress with ivory lace designed by Anna Maier. Caitlin Ryan of New York City was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mary McGee of Deep River, Melissa Porrazzo of Boston, Mass., Brigid Disciullo of Conshohocken, Pa., Ashley Porrazzo of Francestown, N.H., Elizabeth Hurley of Woodbridge, and Jenna Behrooz of Orange. They wore navy blue dresses by Hayley Paige. Brian Tweedy of San Diego, Calif., was best man. Groomsmen were Sean Phillips of Bridgeport, brother of the bride, Tom Ide of Stamford, Jake Lee of Brookfield, Richard Morley of Stamford, Jay Scala of Ridgefield, and Nick Winsor of Stamford. The best man and the latter five groomsmen all are formerly from Ridgefield.

The bride graduated from the Academy of Our Lady of Mercy, Lauralton Hall, in 2005, from Villanova University in 2009, and received a master of science degree in nursing from Boston College in 2015. She is a geriatric nurse practitioner with Yale-New Haven Hospital. The groom is a 2005 graduate of Ridgefield High School and a 2009 graduate of Rollins College. He is an account executive at JobTarget in Stamford. The bride and groom met in July 2013 in Chatham on Cape Cod.

After a reception at the Black Rock Yacht Club in Bridgeport, the couple honeymooned in Hawaii. They live in Bridgeport.
