Those looking to submit hand-written letters to the editor or bring in hard-copy pictures from events are welcome to bring them into The Ridgefield Press office on Bailey Avenue.

The building, which was closed in August and September for construction, re-opened Monday, Oct. 1, for both staff and visitors.

"It has certainly been a long summer dealing with the on-going construction in the lower half of our building, but we are excited for a return to normalcy this fall and during the upcoming election season," said Managing Editor Steve Coulter. "Being back in our building will allow The Press to be more available to the community than it has been in the previous two months. We look forward to having visitors but want to ensure their safety by advising them to use our side door entrance closest to town hall."

Residents who want to come into the building are advised to use the building's side door to the right and go up the stairs. Signs are posting on the front of the building, which is located at 16 Bailey Avenue.

Editor's note: An earlier version of this story said Main Street, not Bailey Avenue, in the headline. The Press' editor apologizes for such a blatant and stupid error.
