‘No More Mean Girls’ is subject of resiliency talk at library Thursday night

Adolescent psychotherapist and author Katie Hurley will discuss her book “No More Mean Girls: The Secret to Raising Strong, Confident, and Compassionate Girls” at the Ridgefield Library Thursday, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m.

Hurley will show parents of elementary and middle school girls how to nip mean girl behavior in the bud. Copies of No More Mean Girls will be available for sale and signing at the event, which is part of the library’s Parenting the #Selfie Generation: Resilience for Life series.
