Greetings from Ridgefield — a town dedicated to generosity and proud of its rich history.

That's the message behind Ridgefield High School junior Sam Sulzinsky's t-shirt business, Greetings From Here.

Sulzinsky, whose shirts are inspired by vintage postcards and include images of local landmarks like the Keeler Tavern and Ballard Park, paid forward the generosity he's received for his startup by cutting a checking for the town's Emergency Fund earlier this week.

Tony Phillips, director of Ridgefield Social Services, met with the high school junior and assured him the donation would go towards helping resident meet their needs.

"It is inspiring to see our youth find their passions; whether its in the arts, entrepreneurship, helping their community or all three! What an awesome idea, and the shirts are pretty cool too!" Phillips said.

Greetings From Here has shirts for sale at Squash's and Keeler Tavern. Sulzinsky donates a portion of his proceeds to Ridgefield charities, like the Emergency Fund.
