Ridgefield High School seniors raised the GRADD (Government of Ridgefield Against Drunk Driving) flag in front of town hall Friday, May 25.

The program supports graduating seniors while also reminding the celebrating teens to drive sober.

"You don’t understand the impact that a small decision can make necessarily," said fire Chief Jerry Myers. "But one of you, in the right place, at the right time, that makes a really courageous decision could save lives down the road that you might not even notice."

Other town officials, including First Selectman Rudy Marconi, police Chief John Roche, and RHS Principal Dr. Stacey Gross, were there to congratulate the seniors. RHS graduation is Friday, June 22.
