Farmingville Elementary School second grader Lily Zezula placed sixth in the nation for her age group at National Ninja League finals that took place Feb. 16-18 in Commerce Township, Mich.

More than 600 competitors, ranging from ages 6–17, competed in the finals similar to the popular TV show American Ninja Warrior.

One hundred and thirty kids competed in stage one in the 6-8 year old division, and only 41 kids advanced to stage two.

Lily, who trains at Ninja Mania located at Gymnastics Spectrum in Danbury, placed sixth out of those 41 finalists.
