The Connecticut Farm Table Cookbook co-authors — Tracey Medeiros, Salvatore Bagliavio, owner of Bailey’s Backyard, and Annie Farrell of Millstone Farm in Wilton — will speak at the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum Friday, March 2, from 7 to 9  p.m.

The trio will discuss Connecticut’s farm-to-table movement and the relationship between the restaurant and the farmer. The talk will be followed by a wine reception and tasting of Bailey’s Backyard recipes found in the cookbook prepared by Chef Zachariah Campion.
