Double H Farm, the 87-acre estate of the late railway executive Hunter Harrison, who died in December 2017, has had its listing price slashed for the second time in four years.

The property, located at 11 Old Stagecoach Road, and is now available for $33 million. It features three residences, including a 12,000-square-foot residence built in 2009, and stables that can accommodate 43 horses.

Harrison, who was CEO of CSX Corp. at the time of his death, bought the former McKeon farm property on Ridgebury Road in 2005 with his wife, Jeannie, for $12 million.

The couple quickly launched a massive renovation process on the property, and turned it into Double H Farm — a company that raises and trains horses for show jumping. The business was headquartered in both Wellington, Fla., where Harrison held another estate, and Ridgefield on Old Stagecoach Road.

The property was originally listed in January 2014 at $55 million and was reduced to $49.9 million in August 2016.
