Democrats look to fill empty zoning commission seat
The Ridgefield Democratic Town Commission is looking seeking candidates to fill a vacant seat on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Per the town’s charter, the commission has 30 days to fill the slot, and must fill with a individual with the same party affiliation as the resigning member — in this case a Democrat, Tim Dunphy, who resigned earlier this month to move to New York.
The DTC intends to endorse a candidate for the commission’s consideration in filling this seat.
Interest applicants should send a statement of interest and detailed resume or biography demonstrating their qualifications for the slot to DTC Chair Alex Harris at firstname.lastname@example.org.
