The Ridgefield Arts Council, as part of its “Our Artists, Our Schools” initiative, will hold the third annual Careers in the Arts seminar at Ridgefield High School Friday, March 9.

During the daylong seminar, creative professionals will talk about their lives from high school to the present, the path their careers have taken and how they make the most of a creative life. Students attend presentations in lieu of regular class.

Participants include Francesca Andre, filmmaker, photographer and producer; Vincent Masotta, director of visual branding; Jason Peck, founder and co-artistic director of Thrown Stone Theatre Company; Jacqueline Goldfinger, playwright, storyteller and poet; Karina Cochran, playwright; Mike Boland, actor; Kevin Briody, songwriter; Chris Williams, computer animator; Tia Cibani, fashion designer; and William Langewiesche, journalist and author.
