ACT of Connecticut (A Contemporary Theatre) will host young theater enthusiasts for two summer camp workshop sessions in mid-July.

Professional actors will help students hone their acting, singing and performance skills at the two camps — New Musical Workshop (for rising third to 12th graders) and Showcase Workshop (for sixth to 12th graders) — which run July 16 to July 27.

ACT students will present final performances on the theater’s turntable stage as part of the New Works Festival at the end of July.
