Joe Porricelli has been named vice president and branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s sales office in Ridgefield.

With over 28 years of achievement spanning operations, business development, and organizational management, Porricelli has studied market and consumer trends, defined business opportunities, and driven growth in revenue and customer base.

Porricelli transitioned to real estate in 2013, beginning his real estate career with the Coldwell Banker Greenwich Global Luxury sales office where he consistently ranked year-over-year in the top 17 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally for his sales productivity. He is licensed to sell real estate in both Connecticut and New York.

He is a committee member of the Jerry Sr. Memorial Golf Tournament benefiting Abilis, board member of the Connecticut Revolution Baseball Organization, a board member of the Monroe American Legion, member of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce and is a volunteer baseball coach with the Monroe Little League.
