Keeler Tavern Museum and History Center has secured a Collections Assessment for Preservation grant to hire two assessors with expertise to help review its plans for managing all its collections — buildings included.

“Our objects, documents and even our buildings — including the ones we acquired in 2016 at 152 Main Street — comprise our collections,” said board president Hilary Micalizzi. “This grant, awarded to us on behalf of the Institute of Museum and Library Services, a federal agency, acknowledges the significance of our site and its historic assets.”
