Ridgefield-based AlEv Oil Co. will be at the Danbury Fair Mall Saturday, June 9, from noon to 4 p.m.
Owner Nick Manolakakis tells The Press the business will have a pop-up shop in Williams-Sonoma.
"Our family had been producing pure premium Greek extra virgin olive oil for four generations," he said.
