Metro-North and Connecticut Department of Transportation officials will hold a meeting in Grand Central Terminal on Wednesday.

The meeting with the Connecticut Commuter Rail Council will be at 6 p.m. near Track 32.

In a notice of the meeting, the council said:

“Are you happy with your commute on Metro North?

“Would you like to share your views or have your questions answered by Metro North representatives and the Connecticut Department of Transportation?

“If so, please join the Connecticut Commuter Rail Council in GCT, on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 6 p.m.

“The Council is your advocate, meeting monthly with Metro North and the Connecticut Department of Transportation.

“To make is easier for you to participate, and to enable you to stop in on your way home, the next meeting will be at GCT, in an Inspection Car near Track 32 (sign will be posted).

“You will have an opportunity to talk directly with Metro North and the Connecticut Department of Transportation and share your opinions or ask questions of them.

“A copy of the full agenda is here - stop in at the start to ask questions and stay to learn more about changes resulting from safety improvements and what is happening with on-time performance and equipment.”
