Cardio workouts include Zumba (starts Monday, April 23, and Wednesday, April 25, 6 to 7 p.m.); Fit for Life (Tuesday, April 24, 6 to 7 p.m.) and Line Dance (Wednesday, April 25, 7 to 8 p.m.). Total Barre with Frances Goulart (Monday, April 23, 6 to 7 p.m.) is a combination of Pilates, ballet and strength training done to upbeat cardio music. Gentle Yoga with Shanta Marshall Ballou starts Monday, April 23, and Wednesday, May 9 (seven sessions, 7:15 to 8:30 p.m., $84). Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga with Lynn Priest starts Thursday, May 17 (7 to 8:15 p.m.). Morning Yoga Kickstart with Miriam Zernis starts Monday, April 23 (9:30 to 10:30 a.m.).
