Exercise classes at Ridgefield Continuing Education

New sessions of Yoga classes start soon in Ridgefield Continuing Education. These classes help participants develop core strength and flexibility, build bone density and strength, improve posture and sense of balance, and meet fitness goals.  

Morning Kickstart Yoga with Miriam Zernis meets Wednesdays, June 7, 14, 21, and 28 and July 12 and 19, from 8:15 to 9:30 a.m. ($73) and Mondays, June 19 and 26 and July 10, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. ($36).

Gentle Yoga with Shanta Marshall Ballou is on Mondays, June 19 and 26 and July 10, 17 and 24, from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m.( $62).

Zumba with Motoko Kuroda is a dance workout that meets Mondays. Session 1 meets June 5, 12, 19, and 26 ($51) and Session 2 meets July 10, 17, 24 and 31 from 6 to 7 p.m. ($51.)

Ridgefield senior (age 62 and older) or disabled discount available. More Yoga, plus Pilates, Body Precision, and 60 Minute calorie Burner, are also available in mid-July.
