Arts for Everyone: Playhouse offers free tickets to federal employees

The Ridgefield Playhouse is offering free tickets for some shows to furloughed federal employees by extending its Arts for Everyone outreach program to them.
Playhouse executive director Allison Stockel said the offer would be extended to "any furloughed government employee who is affected by the government shutdown."
Federal employees interested in the offer should call Playhouse general manager Jay LaPierre at 203-438-5795, and will need to show government ID, Stockel said.
The Arts for Everyone program makes performing arts accessible to lower income families and children through free or discounted tickets.
