The Ridgefield Theater Barn presents One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest by Dale Wasserman, based on the novel by Ken Kesey, Friday and Saturday evenings, from May 31 through June 22, at 8 p.m., with Sunday matinees, June 9 and 16, at 5 p.m.
Years before Jack Nicholson starred in the iconic film, it was a Tony Award-winning play, a dark drama exploring institutionalism and the celebration of humanity. It is strongly recommended for mature audiences only.
This production, directed by Kevin Sosbe, features A.M. Bhatt, Joshua Adelson, Alicia Dempster, Robert Molloy, Nicole Neurohr, Timothy Huber, Sam Bass, Roger Dykeman, Stephen Zerilli, Tim Trewhella, Mark Hankla, Fred Rueck, Bill Kenyon, Mark Rubino, Brianna Bowman, and Emma Burke-Covitz.
