Ridgefield Physical Therapy turns 10

At the recent 10th birthday celebration are, left to right, Jim Tarsi, Corey Dunn, Kelly Bush-Brown, Chuck Giordano (owner), Lois Tebbutt, Ann Nolan, Lisa Doyle, Kate Campbell, Elizabeth Twomey, Liz Molloy, and Shelby Ingrao.

The staff of Ridgefield Physical Therapy helped owner Chuck Giordano celebrate 10 years of business in Ridgefield on Friday, Nov. 30.

Ridgefield Physical Therapy officially opened its doors on Dec. 2, 2002.

“We had eight visits that first week” said Mr. Giordano. “In the beginning, it was my wife, Teri, and I and 3,400 square feet of mostly empty space. Now we have five physical therapists and a full-time athletic trainer at Ridgefield High School.”

Ridgefield Physical Therapy offers rehabilitation services for all orthopedic surgeries and problems, as well as massage therapy, hand therapy, custom orthotic fabrication, and wellness counseling.

“I feel very fortunate to work in a profession that I truly love, every day, in a great town like Ridgefield,” Mr. Giordano said. “It’s a privilege to work with fantastic employees and patients. I would like to thank the town for supporting me for the past 10 years.”
