Getting tired of the old familiar alternating one-way traffic at the Route 35 bridge site near the Fox Hill condominium complex? Well, there’s more coming this week.
Ryan Wodjenski of the state Department of Transportation (DOT) told The Press Wednesday, April 11, that Bloomfield-based Baier Construction plans to alternate traffic at the site Monday, April 16, through Friday, April 20.
The contractor will be on site throughout this week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. stopping traffic intermittently.
All plans for traffic next week are based on good weather, Wodjenski said.
The state hopes the project will be completed by May.
