Heads up Ridgefield drivers, there will be lines of alternating one-way traffic at the Route 35 bridge site all week.
Ryan Wodjenski of the state Department of Transportation (DOT) told The Press Tuesday, April 3, that plans to alternate traffic at the Route 35 bridge construction site near Fox Hill condominiums would last from today — Monday, April 9 — through Friday, April 13.
The original plans were for Baier to have traffic alternated Wednesday, April 4, through Friday, April 6.
All plans for traffic next week are based on good weather, Wodjenski said.
The state hopes the project will be completed by May.
