Senior striker Kent Coleman scored two first-half goals as the Ridgefield High boys soccer team beat Danbury, 2-1, on Monday afternoon at Tiger Hollow.
Ridgefield improved its record to 7-2 with the victory.
Joey DeVivo assisted on Coleman’s first goal, and Connor Findlay assisted on the second.
Coleman later sprained his ankle and left the game.
Danbury fell to 5-4-1 with the loss.
