Adult arrested after youth drinking party

UPDATED 4:03 p.m. — An Old Branchville Road man was arrested after police say officers broke up an underage drinking party at the man’s house with around 50 underage people in attendance Saturday night.

Andrew Pisanelli, 50, was charged with delivery of alcohol to minors.

“Ridgefield Police responded to the area of 210 Old Branchville Road for a report of loud youth” around 11:01 p.m., the Police Department said in a press release.

“Investigation revealed an underage alcohol party with an adult, Andrew Pisanelli, at the residence.”

There were “50 or more” people at the party, Police Capt. Tom Comstock told The Press Monday afternoon, adding that police called their parents to pick them up, regardless of whether they had been drinking.

  1. Here we go again. The RDG youth learn by example!

  2. Wow! No comments! This type of news must have become yawn inducing. Shame!

  3. Must be because no one got killed.

  4. It was better when we had a forum. At least we actually had ongoing discussions in the forum.

A few ruined it for the many. IMHO.

Is that what you really think happened … Or … Was the Forum becoming too successful … Maybe they were pressured to nip this in the bud … You had discussions with thousands of hits and tens of thousands of comments and observations that didn’t fit the “happy valley” bubble the town/RP wants to preserve … Does this sound too conspiratorial?

Let’s see if they “moderate” this comment off … And that would be your answer.
