The bi-annual Tiger Hollow “Holiday House Tour” will take place Friday, Dec. 6, featuring five Ridgefield homes adorned in festive trimmings, which reflect family traditions.
The tour runs from 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
In its sixth season, spanning 12 years, the tour is the start of the Annual Holiday Stroll in downtown Ridgefield, which will kick off that evening with a variety of holiday festivities and continue through Saturday.
Tickets for the tour can be purchased in advance at the following locations in Ridgefield with cash or check: Squashes, 389 Main Street; Bella Home, 90 Danbury Road; The Prospector, 454 Main Street and The Gilded Nest, 51 Ethan Allen Highway for $40, or by credit card online at www.tigerhollow.com. Tickets will be sold the day of the event for $50.
The proceeds from the tour fund the maintenance and improvement costs of the Tiger Hollow stadium. This year’s receipts will help fray the cost of lighting the second turf field.
The Ridgefield Holiday House Tour is the primary fundraiser for Tiger Hollow.
Check-in and ticket pick-up for the tour will be held at the Ridgefield Community Center, 316 Main Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. A complimentary light breakfast will be served, courtesy of Ridgefield food retailers.
