The Ridgefield High boys and girls tennis teams both rolled to easy wins over their Trumbull opponents on Monday.
The RHS boys won by a score of 7-0 to stay unbeaten with a 7-0 record.
The Tigers got singles victories from Arnaud Valentin (6-1, 6-1), Bryson Mosley (6-1, 6-0), Hans Reuter (6-0, 6-0), Keilor Mose (6-0, 6-0) and Tal Nizan (6-0, 6-0).
Matt DePrima and Doug Butturini prevailed 6-0, 6-0 at first doubles, and Owen Isley and Griff Shyer triumphed 6-0, 6-2 at second doubles.
The RHS girls added a 6-1 win over Trumbull.
Two of Ridgefield’s victories came in three-set matches. Maxine Gorelick came back for a 3-6, 6-1, 6-1 victory at third singles, and Amanda Richter and Samarah Cook rallied for a 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 triumph at third doubles.
Olivia Beatty (6-4, 6-3) and Jamie Coconis (6-2, 6-1) won their singles matches in straight sets, while the doubles teams of Gemma Howard and Gretchen Ball (6-4, 6-2) and Natasha Armbrust and Rebecca Vandervoorn (7-6, 6-2) also won in straight sets.
Trumbull’s only point came at first singles as Amy Zammarieh downed Ridgefield’s Kelly Janasek, 6-2, 6-1.
