A NAPA truck flipped over on its roof Monday afternoon around 3:30, trapping the driver.
The crash occurred on Danbury Road at Grove Street, causing a sizable traffic backup.
The driver had to be extricated by EMTs from the Ridgefield Fire Department. He was taken to Danbury Hospital for treatment.
The crash damaged wiring on a utility pole, and CL&P has been called.
