Boys hockey: Tigers stretch win streak to 10 by beating Fairfield

The Ridgefield High boys hockey team extended its winning streak to 10 games with a 2-0 victory over Fairfield Warde/Ludlowe on Saturday night at the Winter Garden.

The Tigers raised their record to 13-3 overall and 8-0 in the FCIAC.

Liam Smith and Cam McGuire scored the goals for Ridgefield.

The Tigers are back in action Monday night against New Canaan at 6 at the Darien Ice Rink. New Canaan is 8-4-2 overall and on a three-game winning streak.

Fairfield fell to 7-6 with the loss.
