After trailing by eight points at halftime, the Ridgefield High boys basketball team stormed back for a 50-38 victory over Staples on Tuesday night at RHS.
It was the sixth straight win for the Tigers, who are now 6-1.
Staples led 24-16 at halftime, but Ridgefield rallied to go ahead 37-31 after three quarters.
The Wreckers got within five points, 43-38, in the final quarter before Ridgefield closed the game on a 7-0 run.
Kurt Steidl had 17 points to lead the Tigers. Jeff Racy added 12 points and Patrick Racy had eight points.
