Paul Angelo Carriero, husband of Gerry Darragh Carriero, died December 29, 2012, in Greenwich, CT.
He was born June 28, 1952 to Catherine (Carino) and Angelo Carriero. He was a 35 year resident of Greenwich, a 1970 graduate of Greenwich High School, loved baseball especially the Yankees, loved fishing, gardening, was a great cook, and loved his new role as a grandfather.
Paul spent the majority of his professional career with Tishman Construction Corporation in various management roles and building some of New York City’s iconic buildings.
He spent the last 25 years in Ridgefield, CT where he is survived by his wife, his son, Timothy of Ridgefield, and his son Michael, his wife, Dara, and granddaughter, Elin, of Manhattan. He was predeceased by his parents and son, Scott John.
In addition he is survived by his sister, Linda, and her husband, Joseph Ross, his sister, Cathy Carriero (Tom), and his brother, John, all of Greenwich. He loved his large family of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A family memorial will be private.
