Two Ridgefield High football players have received All-State honors for the recently completed 2012 season.
Senior slotback Sam Gravitte and junior defensive back Aidan Mauro were both named to the Connecticut High School Coaches Association Class LL All-State squad.
Gravitte ran for 568 yards on 74 carries and caught 41 passes for 781 yards. He scored a team-high 23 touchdowns.
Mauro had a team-high seven interceptions and also made 49 total tackles.
The Tigers finished the season with an 8-2 record.
