Rebecca Finfrock and Nicholas Ciarcia
Rebecca Finfrock of Tampa, Fla., is engaged to marry Nicholas Ciarcia, also of Tampa.
Ms. Finfrock is the daughter of James Finfrock and Mrs. Carolyn Finfrock of Waynesville, Ill. Mr. Ciarcia is the son of Mrs. Mary Fay Ciarcia and the late Mr. Michael Ciarcia of Ridgefield.
The bride-to-be is a 1993 graduate of Olympia High School in Stanford, Ill., and a 2004 graduate of Hillsborough Community College in Tampa.
The groom-to-be is a 1997 graduate of Ridgefield High School and a 2005 graduate of Penn State University of University Park, Pa.
A Feb. 16 wedding is planned in St. Petersburg, Fla.
