The Ridgefield High girls cross country team finished 10th and the RHS boys team was 24th at the Nike Cross Nationals Northeast Regionals on Saturday in Wappingers Falls, N.Y.
Running as the Ridgefield XC Club, the RHS girls had 282 points to finish in the top 10.
Two Tigers were in the top-20 overall as Laura Hergenrother placed 15th with a time of 19:25.3 and Sarah Guillaume was 19th in 19:29.5.
Caroline Carr (51st), Melissa Budicini (92nd) and Jeanne Jacullo (105th) also contributed to Ridgefield’s team score.
The Ridgefield boys, also competing as the Ridgefield XC Club, finished 24th with 581 points.
Trevor Hopper led Ridgefield with a 13th-place overall finish in a time of 16:26.6.
Kristian Sogaard was 65th, Ethan Realander 135th, Clint Corso 183rd and Gabe Altopp 185th for Ridgefield.
